Proposal for Grjótagjá Cave Viewing Tower and Interpretive Facility, Iceland
3D Modeling, Rendering, and Award Board Layout
I developed a 3D model and rendered visuals for a proposed viewing tower and interpretive facility at Grjótagjá Cave, situated at the tectonic fault line between the North American and Eurasian plates in Iceland. The design aimed to integrate seamlessly with the stark, volcanic landscape. My work included crafting high-quality renderings to showcase the building’s interaction with the surrounding terrain, as well as laying out the award board that presented the proposal’s architectural views, site plans, and key design elements. The final presentation emphasized the facility's respectful integration into this geologically significant site.
